I currently see clients through their Insurance as well as Private Pay & can provide Superbills for Reimbursement.
I am not accepting Oregon-based clients for the foreseeable future & am no longer In-Network with Trillium OHP. Depending on your coverage, I may be considered an out-of-network provider through your Insurance Network and it is your responsibility to verify if you can submit bills from me for reimbursement before establishing services.
